Plex for Samsung app looses login data

for some reasons with the current version of “Plex for Samsung” the app has a strange behavior. Everytime I start the TV, the login data is lost and I need to relogon. The “https://plex.tv/link” url is not shown, only some cryptic image… Anyhow, login is working fine with the code until the TV is some time off. Then all login data is lost and I need to relogon. Is that a known problem?

Working fine for me, and nothing I’ve heard off

Try this:

Uninstall the app, then power down the TV and unplug the power cord
Wait 2 min, then power back up again, and reinstall
