Plex For Samsung - Does It Support Connecting To The Relay?

I’m having problems with two Samsung TV’s ( a UN50MU6070 and a UN65MU7000 ) while using the Plex For Samsung App, that are both outside my network that can ONLY connect via a Direct connection when the Remote Access shows with a green check mark. Unfortunately I cannot maintain a 24/7 stable green check mark in Remote Access and it cycles off-line with a red x numerous times a day. When it cycles off, neither TV can connect via the Relay and both show errors trying to connect to my PMS showing it is attempting to connect to my 192.168.0.xx IP address and it is failing because, of course, it is not connected to my internal network.

Is the Relay functionality simply not available with the Plex for Samsung app, or am I missing something in the setup that is causing this?

Or, do I perhaps need to do something with the router where both the TV’s are connected to the internet that is outside my local network?

Any help would be appreciated.
