Plex for Windows 10 Beta in Microsoft's Windows Store - Installed, but invitation needed to run?

What’s up with the Plex for Windows 10 Beta that I came across in Microsoft’s WIndows Store a few minutes ago?

It appears that it was just made available yesterday.

I downloaded and installed it to my desktop computer, but I’m informed that it requires “a written invitation” to run. And I don’t see any means by which I can utilize my PlexPass.

Why am I not being allowed to run this app? I thought having a PlexPass provided the opportunity to download, install, and use beta versions of Plex. Has something changed?

As a PlexPass subscriber, that response only fuels my curiosity into anger toward Plex.
