Plex for Windows 10 crashes after trying to play video

So we’re having an issue with Plex crashing when trying to play a video. Using Windows 10 1809. On Windows 10 1803, it plays fine but not on 1809. The Plex app will open fine and everything seems ok, until you try to play a video. It will start to load the video, but then it will crash. I can’t figure out what is causing this.
