Plex for Windows - Normal Quality video settings

Does anyone know what settings are used for “Normal Quality” , or any of the quality settings, really, for the Plex for Windows video player? I noticed that the motion handling was excellent. Better than anything I’ve been able to manage with interpolation on mpv by wrangling with the interpolation settings myself. I noticed not a hint of 24p judder nor did I have issues with soap opera effect. It’s damn near perfect. And I’d like to be able to copy it lol. I even have a clip from Avatar 2 that is basically a torture test for judder and it handled it flawlessly, all while using hardware decoding. I would really like some pointers on where to begin understanding how plex handles this so well.

If Plex had a “dynamic cropping” feature, I might not need to ever use mpv by itself ever again.

There is this for Plex HTPC

Thanks!

I’ve tried each setting from Normal right up to Make My GPU Hurt and can not actually see much difference ?

Perhaps my equipment does a good enough job on it’s own ?

Would surprise me though as our HTPC and panel are entry level gear.

Edit - I will qualify this by saying I’m old
