Is there any roadmap for nVIDIA GPU hardware transcoding support?
Currently I’m using a “Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1220 V2 @ 3.10GHz” and it dosen’t seem to be enought.

It’s being worked on, there is a preview version available in the PMS plexpass forums
How do you activate the feature?
Is there are way to specify what GPU to use on Linux?

You install the preview version instead of your regular Plex version. And not yet. Search the thread, been discussed many many many many times.
