Plex guys: do you test your release before making them public ??

Hi

Long time user of Plex I start to be really bored of how plex evolves :frowning: It looks it’s nearly impossible now to get support on so basic problems like music not playing correctly in web clients…

And few days ago Plexy released the 1.10.1.4561 update and that great update kicked nearly all my users out of my plex !! Swisscom box Plex client unable to connect, PMP (in same LAN as PMS no more able to connect to it !!), PS4 Plex client same, only the old Samsung ugly player still work on it and also the android plex app on my mobile !!
I already restarted both the linux server hosting the pms and so pms itself but still same problem !

On swisscom box it complains not to be able to reach server, same on PS4, on my local PMP player it states it’s unable to load preferences of my Plex home (translation as message is displayed in french !).
I have noticed in log a timeout when Swisscom plex client tries to connect to my server !

Any ideas what to test ? to find out the problem ? or bug in that update and needs to wait next update ?? well in the case I get some answers…

1.10.1 is a beta release. If you want the most stable, don’t run the betas.

As far as your issue, there’s nothing specific we are aware that would cause what you are seeing. Please upload your pms logs so we can take a look.
