Plex hangs or takes a lot of time loading on samsung tizen television

Since the last 2 weeks i am unable to play 4k movies. It takes longer time to load and often during the movie i get the sign that the player is loading again and often the movie gets stuck. Since this morning i upgraded the plex media server on my windows to 1.22.2.4282 since then i have the same problem also with 1080p content. This all happens while using the plex media player on my samsung q85r tizen television. I checked the software version of plex on my samsung tizen television is version 5.12.2.

Totday i rebooted my computer with plex media server. And since then the problem with loading 4k and 1080p content has disappeared. Problem solved.
