I am running an older Dell R710 Server and have hit a roadblock. The drives are at capacity and I cannot go beyond 2TB drives due to the controller card. I have connected two drives vis USB but I believe that is giving me a bottleneck. What should I look for processor and ram wise to handle say 15 devices streaming from Plex?

15 devices at the same time?
Is trancoding needed?
What kind of media are being played (music, movies, which quality, 4k?)
