Plex Helm - Add Runtime Class

I would have opened a GitHub issue for this, but issues aren’t available there. I’ve just migrated to the official helm chart for Plex, and one thing I notice is missing is support for gpu runtimes. If the team could modify the chart and template to accommodate the runtimeClassName field of the spec definition, I’m sure at least one person would appreciate it.

I’ve manually configured it on the statefulset for now, but if it could be done directly from the chart it’d be nice.

I mean it’s not the most active thing since it was released last year, but there is occasionally work done on it.
