Plex Home screen on desktop has content, Roku TV does not

Player Version#: Roku Express+

I have many libraries in my Plex setup.

When I open Plex on my Windows desktop, I see this:

but on my TV set with Roku Express+, the home screen is blank. The pins are there on the left, but there is no content on the Home screen like you see in the shot of my Desktop above.

How do I fix this? Thanks for any help
