Home screen isn't displaying Continue Watching, Most Popular. Says "Unavailable" (Plex on Roku)

Server Version#: plexmediaserver-1.18.2.2058-e67a4e892.x86_64
Player Version#: Roku 6.4.8.6145-8154 and 6.4.9.6153 (preview)

Server: CentOS 7 (fully patched,) nVidia GT730 (440.36.)

This has started within the last couple of days, and seems to be only affecting the Plex app on my Roku devices. Web app and Android don’t appear to have this issue.

On the home screen (first one shown at app startup,) all of the selections are empty, and the tags read “The server is not available.” Yet, LiveTV works fine, all of the stored shows, movies, etc. are all available.

Is this a known issue? Server logs? Maybe a wireshark capture?

Have you tried re configuring your Home screen settings

That’s more than rather annoying. Restored home settings (very little to be customized here,) and it’s now display all selections again.

That also fixed another minor issue: I removed the new movie & TV streaming online source at plex.tv, it was still showing in the Roku player. It’s now gone.
