I went through the process of setting up webhooks via homebridge and the Homebridge Plex Webhooks plug-in, so I can dim my lights when I start a movie. However I got the part where I paste the Plex Webhooks URL into the Plex server webhooks tab but when I press the ‘add webhook’ then paste it in, then press the “save changes” button, the URL disappears and the webhook doesn’t save. I’ve tried via Chrome and Safari, but nothing works. Also tried restarting the server.
Any idea why it won’t save the URL? I’ve also triple checked the URL and it’s correct. I also have a lifetime plex pass.
Any advice would be really appreciated. Can’t find anything about this issue online.
