What is going on with webhooks, seems broken

I’ve been using webhooks for about a year, mostly without issue. I do have one Android client that will playback media but zero webhook events get generated but that’s another issue entirely.

This post is about webhooks being seriously broken. Just not working at all. Am I the only one seeing this? I just looked at my webhook server log and no webhooks have been posted from plex since Feb 6, more than a week ago.

I’ve removed the webhook using the web UI, I’ve added it back again. Still no webhook events. I’ve verified that my webhook server is up and running. I can manually post events using curl.

What am I missing here?

Plex server is running on CentOS, Version 1.18.5.2309

Updated to Version 1.18.6.2368 and it looks like webhooks are back again. So frustrating. This is why I hate upgrading. Random stuff just seems to break without warning.

I wish the update notifier would say something like “update available but don’t bother since you’re using webhooks”

So annoying.
