I have set up and am successfully using a PLEX server and have connected to it via an Apple IPAD & Apple IPhone. I have installed libraries which are visible on both devices. In particular with Photos there is a ‘timeline’ option which is brilliante because I have a very large library dating back several years.
More recently I have installed PLEX HTPC on my windows 11 PC. With this app there is no ‘timeline’ or even the option of a ‘timeline’ for Photos . Am I missing something or is this correct?
Any help would be appreciated.
Just to make my question a bit simpler. Does anyone have Plex HTPC running on Windows 10 or 11, I doubt it matters which. If you do, when looking at a ‘Photos’ library do you see a ‘Timeline’ option to search your photos? I don’t, which puzzles me because a ‘Timeline’ is available with the Windows app ie the one that uses a mouse and keyboard, like a standard computer. I am guessing ‘PLEX’ have omitted it in the HTPC version?
