Timeline View not working on Windows Player

NAS: DS220+ DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2
Windows 11 Pro

On the Windows Plex Player, the Timeline view is not loading. Getting the following message:

“There was an error loading the timeline for this library”

In a browser, the timeline view works fine.
Have reinstalled, cleared the AppData folder, but no fixes so far.
