Plex iOS Live TV does not work on iPad but works one iPhone

Hi, Live TV feature does work on iPhone, but not on any iPad from the household.
When you click on the Play button for a program, the app tries to load the stream and fall back on the screen with the Play button and the record button. No error message whatsoever.
I tried on different device and this behavior is consistent and the same on any channel.

Can you share a little more about your set up?

1, What tuner are you using?

  1. What iPad devices do you have and are they all running iOS 13.x?

  2. Is the Enhanced Player enabled on any/all of the iPads?

Hello,
I have a HDHomerun connect DUO (France).
The iPad are an iPad Pro 12.9 2018 Wifi + 4G and a Pro 10.5 Wifi running latest iOS 13 and Enhanced player
The iPhone is an iPhone X running iOS 13 latest and Enhanced player aswell.
