Plex is murdering aspect ratio on Xbox One

When I play 4:3 content on my widescreen TV via the Plex app for Xbox One, it stretches it out to 16:9. Is there a way I can force pillarboxing to retain the proper aspect ratio? The web player displays it properly and so do other media players I have tried on my PC.
