I'm loving the new Xbox One Plex App. However, I do not see an option for adjusting aspect ratio. Some of my videos have the widescreen bars and I like use the aspect ratio option in PHT ("Z" key) to stretch it to fill the entire screen. I'd love to be able to do the same thing with the Xbox One app but do not see an option. Am I missing it or is it not there?

There is no “Z” key. As the original poster stated it was an option in Plex Home Theater which was an older app with a custom video player that allowed the developers to add their own functions into. Until Microsoft adds the functionality into the Media Player framework there isn’t a way to make an equivalent function for the app.
