I recently added more tv series to plex and its showing as “episode 1” instead of its name and for one of my tv shows its not adding a cover and information
If you show me your names and structure, exactly as you have them (screen shot / copy-paste / whatever is easier) We’ll help you get everything in order really quickly 
Besides naming and folder structure (if all that is correct), there is a bug in the current version of PMS that can cause what you describe. A fix for it will be included in the next release. I have no estimate on when that will be available, but hopefully soon.
