Plex is not playing the whole video, just seconds?

I’m having issues after posting a file to Plex. The MKV file resides in the folder as the rest of my movies. Problem is…when I play them from any other video player, it works great…but in Plex is plays and the video runtime shows 5 seconds or 10 seconds even though its a 2 hour movie…
