Plex is not reachable. Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access

Recently I noticed I can no longer access my server without an internet connection, even with the same computer that has the server installed. Did PLEX remove this functionality or is it just a bug? I’ve used PLEX for many years and until two months ago I have always been able to connect with or without internet.
