My new Desktop app can not connect to my server in my local network I get this error

Plex is not reachable.

Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access. I can not even get the preferences to open without getting this error. It looks like the product is not working yet.

I got this just now trying to scan a library…

…not sure if it related. I have had it once or twice in the recent past (QNAP server > 1.16.4)

It worked about 10 seconds later (after 2 retries).
