I have been running plex for several years and I just recently added another computer (I called it media server no 2) and for some reason if media server 1 is recognized (in authorized devices) it will drop the connection for media server no 2. Both servers are on the same local network and of course they have separate ip addresses. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening??
Did you create the server from scratch or did you use a backup of Server 1? If you used a backup, then they will be seen as the same server and cause a conflict.
