Looked at dozens of threads, cannot figure this out. Everything was fine until some update.
I have to servers running on same network … MacBook Pro and iMac Pro … yet Plex refuses to “see” the server on the MacBook. Even if I go to its static local IP, it still shows me only the OTHER server.
Tried trashing ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server and ~/Library/Preferences/com.plexapp.plexmediaserver.plist and re-installing.
Tried quitting PMS on the other machine. Didn’t help. If I then go to localhost:32400, it just says “iMac is offline”.
If I sign out on server and on web, then log in to a different account … I see no servers, just online sources.
Plex only sees the iMac server.
WTF??? Help!
