Plex is not stable when playing

Hello, first of all, forgive me for making use of the google translator.

I mention the problem I’m having, I have Plex Media Server mounted on a Linux server, in VPS with the company Contabo with the following characteristics:

CPU: Intel® Xeon® 4114, E5-2630v4 or E5-2620v3 Four cores
RAM: 12 GB (guaranteed)
Disk storage: 300 GB 100% SSD
Port / bandwidth: 100 Mbit/s port - UNLIMITED Traffic

The files are hosted in GSuite. Then Plex extracts the content from there.
The majority videos are 1080p.

The problem I have is that the reproduction is almost never fluid, but with cuts in reproduction. An exception is when I play from the desktop PC where it is almost always fluent.

It should also be noted that the reproduction on the desktop PC is done directly.
But stable reproduction is impossible from other devices.

Any help and / or recommendation?

Thank you for reading!!!Plex Media Server Logs_2018-08-01_23-49-00.zip (4.8 MB)

The best way (really only way) for us to help diagnose is to see the log files which capture the error.

The best way to do this is:

  1. Settings - Server - General: Make certain DEBUG is enabled and Verbose is disabled
  2. Start the playback until you see the stuttering twice.
  3. Stop Playback right after the 2nd stuttering
  4. Wait about 15 seconds for everything to shut down within PMS
  5. Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs
  6. Attach the ZIP file it gives you here

we can then look and see what’s happening.

It may be because the media is demanding more CPU than the processor is capable of or a number of other things. That’s what the logs will show us

Sorry for the delay. @ChuckPa I attached the files that you requested. Can you read them? Please.

Thank you!

Would you attempt again please? The files did not finish uploading before you clicked “Reply”

@ChuckPa Do you want me to upload the files again? Attached in the first message, download them and they are running, without error in the extraction.

I did not see them there.

It is better to make a fresh post than edit an old one

PS: Please do remember to use English?

Thank you for the logs.

@ChuckPa Can we say and ensure that the problem is with my Internet connection and it is not a VPS problem?

I did not know this is a VPS.

I can say:

Wherever the server is located, It is having internet connection problems.
