When adding music, plex server keeps scanning without adding the music to my library.
Is this a bug ?
Somebody experiences the same problem?

I’m running 0.9.16.3 now. Notice that the previous setting “run a partial scan when changes are detected” is removed now.
It works fine now,
however the resources needed to add just one music album are huge.
My server (WIN10) is running PLEX and EMBY. Both are configured to update library automatically.
I noticed that PLEX runs a “full scan” of whole my music library when there is just added one new album. Album is added relative quickly to my library, but PLEX keeps scanning and consumes all my resources of my server. After the whole library is rescanned, CPU is released.
With EMBY this seems to be more resources friendly: album is almost instantly added to library and no further scanning is needed.
something to keep in mind for next release?
