Plex latest beta do not detect Hauppauge WinTV soloHD tv tuner

Hello,

My Plex latest beta version is trying to detect TV tuner ( Hauppauge WinTV SoloHD ) It is running on Fedora 23 Linux.
Kernel detect it

Please, can somebody from support team have a look at this.

I tried restarting the computer, uninstall and install Plex Media Server a couple of times. Disable any firewall on Linux. No success - TV tuner is not detected by Plex. Tried different USB ports - nothing. TV tuner is working fine on Windows 7 with WinTV 8.5 stock software. Help me please. I do not want to move on Ubuntu just because the only guide for Linux installation is for this distro.
The only threads I find here (with similar problem) in the forum is for Nvidia Shield but not for Fedora 23.

Fedora 23 is End of Life, Plex had to update dependencies pretty much for the same reason so your choices are to roll back to 1.14 till the apps stop working or use a newer Fedora.

I fixed it by installing latest stable kernel available. Tuner is detected now.
