Plex Library disappeared

Hi guys. I’ve been using plex for about 2 months now, worked flawlessly up until now.
I noticed my plex app would just infinitely load and in my web browser plex wouldn’t load my library.

All my files are still there, it’s like my library just became “unlinked” somehow and won’t show any of my media.

And heres the logs. It seems like my preferences file messed up somehow? I assume this tells plex where to look for the files and what not. How would I go about rebuilding this file?

Any chance of getting full set of server logs? that seems to be only a bit of one.

Manage as in like under library settings? I can’t get to that because it thinks i have no library… thus no settings to manage my library meaning I can’t get those logs.

The logs I sent are from my unraid docker

You can manually get the logs in the filesystem for the docker install. There should be a logs folder in the server data folder

I found a way to get the logs.

Sorry. I am pretty clueless about Unraid and it went beyond my scope. I am asking others to take a look

Based on the system logs you provided I’m going to assume the same.

More assuming, you’re using app.plex.tv, correct? Can you navigate to your PMS container’s IP address to view your server?

I used to be able to do that. Like it would go to the ip & port in order for me to configure settings on the server end of plex for things like quality settings or remote access.

However now when I goto the containers IP it just says “Unable to connect”, and yes app.plex.tv is correct.

In Unraid can you share your PMS container’s path mapping?

In Unraid can you share the contents of /mnt/user/appdata/ (as it relates to Plex) and /mnt/user/appdata/Plex-Media-Server. If you wan to DM me thats fine too.
