I’m staring at the code on the TV screen and yet when I try to enter it on the website it says the code is expired or invalid. I have rebooted it several times and I’ve gone through about five codes every one of them says invalid.

I’m having the same problem. I have tried every different browser I have but they all come back with “Code not found or expired”! Very frustrating. Can anyone help please?

I also am having the same problem, I am entering the code correctly and have done about 5 times and still won’t work, can anyone help please?
Same thing here I tried it on a different unit because we thought maybe the box was the issue same thing I’ve entered three different codes several times.
I mean I shouldn’t have to do it more than once if it says it’s not right entering it three more times is it going to change the fact that it says the code is invalid.
I don’t understand why somebody hasn’t mentioned this why is this such an issue
