Plex Live TV defaults to SAP - Spanish Audio when it's available (sports games)

This is annoying more than anything else, and has been happening for years.

When SAP (Spanish Audio) is available Plex defaults to it-- this happens when I go to a channel, like the Cowboys game on FOX right now, it will default to Spanish audio and I have to go change it to English.

Whyyyyy?! How can we fix?
