Plex Media Player 2.19.1 not playing in MacOS Mojave 10.14

I am running the most updated Stable releases of both server and Player and when I click play on videos that work on my iOS and Windows devices, on Mojave they will not play.

I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and it still doesn’t work.

When I click play the screen goes black, it says buffering, then it sits at 0:00.
If I move my cursor down to the bottom of the screen I can see the media bar, and below that it shows the top 1/4 of some screen captures, but it never actually plays.
