Time Shifting sometimes works, sometimes doesn't

I cannot seem to figure out a rhyme or reason why time shifting sometimes works, and sometimes doesn’t. I’ve tried on multiple clients (Plex Web, Plex Media Player, LG Smart TV, Plex for Android). I use the android client primarily. I get the option to “Watch from Start” or “Watch live” and no matter what I select, it starts playing live and cannot go back to beginning of recording. So far I have not been able to time shift on all four pre-season football games. But every time I record Price is…
