Recently purchased a plex pass and updated to the latest beta version of the server, and now my plex connect to my apple tvs are no longer working. I have verified certificates are still on the Mac and the ATV, But the ATV acts like its not Seeing the plex server. any advice is much appreciated.

Post your log. Update your config file to "high" log level.
I am going to bet it's because you ahve GDM still set to try without hardcoding your PMS ip in plexconnect config file. Try turning that to false and putting in your IP of your PMS.

I think the root issue was related to the mavericks upgrade and the apple script being compatible with the update. I followed the updated thread in the plex connected forums and plex connect is working again and thus my ATV is working again. I don't think the problem was with the beta version of the server as initially thought, i have since updated to the latest public release 9.10. thanks to everyone for the assistance.
