Hello everyone, I have used for years plex on my apple tv2. recently I installed plexconnect. every day I have this error on apple tv …
I have version 5.2 and plex media server is installed on mac osx 10.9. plex works randomly … I have this defect almost every time, but if I try several times it finally work.
I installed with plexconnect plexify. may be some settings are not ok. then I have shared please review?

guess since it's seemingly related to PMS and XML files, you have to set log level = High, repeat the issue and port the file PlexConnect.log...
ok, What should I put in set log level = High please?
Your settings.cfg has loglevel = Normal it needs to be loglevel = High then restart plexconnect and repeat the steps to get the error.
