This is my first post so please bear with me. 
I’ve scoured both the Plex Forums and Reddit. I found the same issues but none of the solutions have worked.
Recently I migrated my server to a new Apple M1 Mac Mini. I followed the instructions exactly. It was a fairly easy move just moving my external hard drive to the new Mac Mini. all my metadata except for Collections came over great. Unfortunately I soon realized that the Server was crashing. After lots of testing I traced it to anyone trying to connecting to the server remotely. Doesn’t matter what device they’re using it crashes every time. Connections on my local network work fine. I’ve now got through 3 server updates but none of those have fixed the issue and it continues every time. I’ll attach my Debug Log below. Thoughts?
In case they’re related, as mentioned above, my only other issue is Collections. All the Collections data is completely gone and even new content I add isn’t having the Collections data added. The only way to add it and have the Collection view show under Library is to add it in manually. Yes, I have double-checked under Agents, and Collections is enabled for both Movies and Shows.
