Plex media server didnt stay online

Plex Web Version#: 4.108.0

Hello

I want to install a server plex and after i configure all detail this server stay online for 3 min and always breakdown after this time i didn’t know why

i have try the automatic port and the 32400 but nothing work
i have Windows 11 pro Version 22H2 KB5027231

Please i need help

This issue is resolved

i was connected on a Orbi Netgear systeme and this is not working with server

I am sorry for my bad english i am french
