Every couple of days I’ll get a text from a user asking if the server is down as their stream just stops while playing something or Plex client just spins when attempting to open. When I go to the server the plex icon is in the server tray, system resources are normal, but when I double click the icon to open plex in my browser it doesn’t load, just spins and spins. Exiting from the icon in the system tray and reopening Plex allows users to watch again, sometimes for days, sometimes for minutes.
Today I noticed it was botched at 5:19pm CST. I left it broken and grabbed a few of the latest logs. Looking through I see some errors with a client profile and an access denied, but that looks like later in the logs from when I noticed the issue, and killed the app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
