Plex Media Server does not recognize any media files on DS218play

Server Version#: DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2
Player Version#: 1.21.0.3711

After changing to a new Synology DS218play I don’t get any content in the library. In general, is there a problem with Plex running on a Synology 218play?
I am happy about any help
