That is not possible The 64-bit version was only introduced a month ago. Our Plex players are 64-bit, maybe you are getting these confused.
As previously mentioned, the 64-bit release is still in preview and not available from the downloads page. You can also download it from the preview thread at Preview: Plex Media Server for Windows 64-bit version.
