PMS for Nvedia Shield app stopped installing for LineageOS Android

I stumbled on Plex Media Server meant for Nvedia Shield (Android) and tried it on my LineageOS based Android Phone.
I managed to setup and use it via webui.
It works great to stream from an old android phone, using the hotsopt of that old android phone, good use of old hardware.
Unfortunately though, the subsquent releases after November 2022, broke something, the app (Download Plex Media Server APKs for Android - APKMirror) installs but does not launch.
Pl. fix if possible.
PMS for the Shield is written specifically for the Shield. It is not meant to run on any other Android device.
It is still running fine after a few months, only thing is I have to delete media that I have already watched or want to delete, using the web ui.
Pl. consider a re-write to allow all androids to use this gem, thanks.
