Plex media server for windows keeps crashing

I keep having Plex Media server crash very frequently, and consistently for some files. This is a somewhat recent development, perhaps introduced with the latest release I have (version 1.0.0.2261), though I’m not sure about that.

I don’t know where else to get support for this. It has generated crash dump files and there are log files if someone knows what to do with them. I tried a repair installation, and then an uninstall and re-install and neither action had any positive impact. Though the uninstall didn’t appear to have removed any preferences because my library settings were preserved.

I hope a staff member is monitoring and can help. Thanks for reading this and for any help anyone might offer.

Zip up all the crash logs and server logs and post them for review.

Thanks. I’m not well versed in using WinDBG or analyzing Windows crashes, so hopefully a ninja/dev/moderator with experience will be able to help.
