My windows plex merdia server recently started to crash multiple times a day, I restarted my computer, install previous version, beta version but it didn’t work. I tested my database like the doc says no problem. I searched for dll’s that may cause crash but I don’t have a single one listed. I’m out of ideas, please someone help me…
I don’t see anything specific in your logs. I only see 1 potential crash so hard to know what happened. See if you can grab logs after more crashes.
Also, turn off the option to send crash logs to Plex. This will keep the log on your computer. Attach those for me to look at too.
Since I desactivated send crash logs to Plex it seems to crash less. I had one this morning but it doesn’t seem to appear in logs :

The crash logs are not part of the server log. They are in their own directory. Within your Plex Media Server folder, there is a “Crash Reports” folder. In that are the crashes organized by PMS version number. Manually zip these up and send those to me.

Those are empty.
Did you turn off the option to send the crash reports to Plex? They get removed once they get sent. You’ll need to turn that off then wait for the next crash to generate a new log. Check that a file is generate under the version you are currently running.
Weird… Yes I unchecked send crash report to Plex
I had serveral more crashes today and still empty crash report files… I think I’m just gonna reinstall it…
