Hi, so Plex media server is completely offline on the Nvidia Shield TV. Settings on the media player shows it is running but when I try to access libraries, I get the error, Plex is currently unavailable.
I also get this error if I try to access the server through the web app.
both plex apps are completely up to date. I’ve tried rebooting, I’ve tried a force stop, I’ve also tried uninstalling & reinstalling however, I cannot get the server to work at all.
All drives where the files are stored are good and accessible from other computer’s.
Any help or thoughts anyone has is appreciated.
Please be aware this is on a shield TV and the server is not accessible through the web app. So getting logs of what’s going on is likely impossible however, if they can help, and you know how to do this, it would be awesome to learn how.
