Plex Media Server on Nvidia Shield is completely missing from my account on all devices

I noticed this week that I was unable to connect to the Plex Media Server on my Nvidia Shield from the Plex player on the Shield as well as from any web browser on any device I tried. The server was still listed along with my friend’s servers, it was just showing offline. Today, the server is not even listed in Plex on any device. I see only my friend’s servers. I’ve tried clearing the cache from the app as well as rebooting the Shield repeatedly with no change. I also tried connecting in a web browser directly to the Shield’s local IP address with port 32400 but it won’t connect. Not sure where to go from here besides a hard reset, but I sure don’t look forward to having to rebuild all of my custom library details. Any help appreciated.

Some additional details:

I used nmap to scan port 32400. It’s showing the port is closed. It is identified as plex service so at least I know I do have the correct ip address and port.
