Plex Media Server process always near to 100% CPU

and like I said, they have no idea how to fix and and from past experience they never will.

Plex Media Server process uses 100% cpu (SRT->ASS Conversion)

I have no news to report at this time. I will update when there is something. The only known workaround I know of is to turn off UPNP on those modems/routers and use manual port forwarding.
