Plex stopped working for some reason and cannot be restarted. It was uninstalled several times but each time I click on RUN the following error prompts me "Failed to run the package service. There is nothing wrong with the server as DS Video works fine when accessing movies from the NAS when using a Samsung TV. The Plex service just refuses to start. Any clues please as I would not want to reset the NAS since it has got 8tb of movies. Many thanks,
