Failed to run the package service

Player Version#: no access
Plex on my Synology DS 1520+ worked fine for a long time, but today it stopped playing video files. Plex reported a network error. Access to the synology server is working. I then tried to restart the plex via the control panel, but I get the message “Failed to run the package service”.

What do you advise me to solve my problem?

Your logs are showing that a process (part of the server) is stuck and won’t restart.

Have you attempted to restart the Syno?

Thank you, after syno restart, plex is running again. Strange ?
