Plex Media Server - Upload limit exceeded?

Wonder how the Bandwidth Monitor can show peaks as high as 76 Mbps, when I have entered an Internet upload speed of 70 Mbps.

Based on the documentation the maximal upload should be 56 Mbps.

From the documentation
“The Plex Media Server is smart enough to prevent saturating the bandwidth value specified here. It will only use 80% of this for streams both to ensure that normal network requests can be completed and because streams have variable bitrates and will naturally go up and down somewhat.”

Server Version#: 1.15.1.707 (Windows)
Player Version#: Apple TV 4K (but other devices too)

Keep in mind that the graph is an instantaneous value. If you have really fast internet it can send that packet in less than a second so the speed might look higher than your limit, but the actual throughput would still be within the limit you specified.
