Unfortunately, 1.3.0 is not yet available for the PRxxxx devices.

Is it really possible that its taking over 4 months to get the PR2100 & PR4100 updated to the latest versions ?

What seriously is the hold up here?

I don’t have specifics, but there was a change that broke the hardware transcoding capabilities. We’ve been working hard to get this working again. We hope to have an update soon.

I was looking for the thread to update you guys. Yup, new update available. The WD App Store maybe a bit behind, but you can download from our website now.
